Berries

Berries have a variety of uses. These berries can all be used and crushed in order to make other items, PokéBlocks & Poffin that are used to boost your Pokémon's Contest statistics. In addition to that, some berries have in-battle effects such as healing Pokémon and some even reduce the Effort Values your Pokémon have gained. Berries can be given to your Pokémon to be held and can be reproduced by growing them in loamy soil around the regions or in the Berry Pots item. All berries however are one-use so use them wisely.

	Apicot Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it raises its Sp. Def stat in a pinch.
	Aspear Berry	A Poffin ingredient. It may be used or held by a Pokémon to defrost it.
	Babiri Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Steel-type attack.
	Belue Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Belue Plant.
	Bluk Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Bluk Plant.
	Charti Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Rock-type attack.
	Cheri Berry	A Poffin ingredient. It may be used or held by a Pokémon to recover from paralysis.
	Chesto Berry	A Poffin ingredient. It may be used or held by a Pokémon to recover from sleep.
	Chilan Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s Normal-type attack.
	Chople Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Fighting-type attack.
	Coba Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Flying-type attack.
	Colbur Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Dark-type attack.
	Cornn Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Cornn Plant.
	Custap Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it gets to move first just once in a pinch.
	Durin Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Durin Plant.
	Enigma Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it restores its HP if it is hit by a foe’s supereffective attack.
	Figy Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it restores the user’s HP in a pinch, but may also cause confusion.
	Ganlon Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it raises its Defense stat in a pinch.
	Grepa Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly, but it also  lowers its base Sp. Def stat.
	Haban Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Dragon-type attack.
	Hondew Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly, but it also  lowers its base Sp. Atk stat.
	Iapapa Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it restores the user’s HP in a pinch, but may also cause confusion.
	Jaboca Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, and if a foe’s physical attack lands,  the foe also takes damage.
	Kasib Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Ghost-type attack.
	Kebia Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective  Poison-type attack.
	Kelpsy Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly,  but it also lowers its base Attack stat.
	Lansat Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it raises its critical-hit ratio in a pinch.
	Leppa Berry	A Poffin ingredient. It may be used or held by a Pokémon to restore a move’s PP by 10.
	Liechi Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it raises its Attack stat in a pinch.
	Lum Berry	A Poffin ingredient. It may be used or held by a Pokémon to recover  from any status problem.
	Mago Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it restores the user’s HP in a pinch,  but may also cause confusion.
	Magost Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Magost Plant.
	Micle Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it raises the accuracy of a move just once in a pinch.
	Nanab Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Nanab Plant.
	Nomel Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Nomel Plant.
	Occa Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective  Fire-type attack.
	Oran Berry	A Poffin ingredient. It may be used or held by a Pokémon to heal the user by just 10 HP.
	Pamtre Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Pamtre Plant.
	Passho Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Water-type attack.
	Payapa Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Psychic-type attack.
	Pecha Berry	A Poffin ingredient. It may be used or held by a Pokémon to recover from poison.
	Persim Berry	A Poffin ingredient. It may be used or held by a Pokémon to recover from confusion.
	Petaya Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it raises its Sp. Atk stat in a pinch.
	Pinap Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Pinap Plant.
	Pomeg Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly,  but it also lowers its base HP.
	Qualot Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly,  but it also lowers its base Defense stat.
	Rabuta Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Rabuta Plant.
	Rawst Berry	A Poffin ingredient. It may be used or held by a Pokémon to recover from a burn.
	Razz Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Razz Plant.
	Rindo Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Grass-type attack.
	Rowap Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, and if a foe’s special attack lands,  the foe also takes damage.
	Salac Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it raises its Speed stat in a pinch.
	Shuca Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Ground-type attack.
	Sitrus Berry	A Poffin ingredient. It may be used or held by a Pokémon to heal the user’s HP a little.
	Spelon Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Spelon Plant.
	Starf Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it sharply raises one of its stats in a pinch.
	Tamato Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Using it on a Pokémon makes it more friendly,  but it also lowers its base Speed stat.
	Tanga Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective  Bug-type attack.
	Wacan Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Electric-type attack.
	Watmel Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Watmel Plant.
	Wepear Berry	A Poffin ingredient. Bury it in soft soil to grow a Wepear Plant.
	Wiki Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it restores the user’s HP in a pinch,  but may also cause confusion.
	Yache Berry	A Poffin ingredient. If held by a Pokémon, it weakens a foe’s supereffective Ice-type attack.
